When going to the library, you must have your library
library card to enter the facility. Make sure to fill all the information asked in the library card. 

Present your library card to and log on to the sheet and make sure you fill your information.

Do not leave your belongings unattended, don't either bring foods and drinks, and reduce noise inside the room.

Do not write anything on the borrowed books because if you do, you had violated the rules and policies in the library. After reading the books, you must return it to its proper place.

Complete silence in the library, the people who goes to the library should  always be silent at all times. Mobile phones must be on silent mode for you not to disturb other users who studies inside the room. 

When borrowing books, you are required to have a library card. Then,  you must sign some sheets or ask the heads staffs that you'll be borrowing books and if you fail to return it on the due date, you will have a penalty and will be required to pay for the accumulated time you have failed to return the book. The penalty is 5php./day and 5php/book.
